It’s 9:30pm and I’m exhausted. Not the kind of tired that comes from doing nothing. The kind that comes from building something. I saw a quote on TikTok tonight that stopped me cold: “What a privilege to be tired from the work you once begged the universe for.” And I just sat with that for a minute. Because a few years ago, I was dreaming about a opportunity like Izzi’s Gym. A community. A team. A reason to show up every day. Now I have all of it. The events. The chaos. The employees counting on us. The kids who walk in and feel like they belong somewhere. That’s the dream. That IS the dream. I lost my dad not long ago. He was an entrepreneur. He knew this kind of tired. I think he’d tell me to stop complaining and be grateful. So tonight — I am. If you’re running on empty right now, maybe it’s worth asking: Is this the life you once prayed for? Because if it is… what a privilege.
