We have the BEST community in the world. Full stop. Here's what just happened. We've been hunting the Diamond ZR My Little Pony card for months. It's the chase card. The one that lets you enter a contest to have your own pony designed by Andy Price himself. We want it badly. Badly enough that we put a $700 bounty on it. Yesterday, a customer walked in with the card. She didn't take the $700. Instead, she told us she wanted Izzi's Gym to have its own pony and offered to let us enter the contest using her card. No payment. No catch. Read that again. She turned down $700 because she wanted her local game store to win. That doesn't happen at Walmart. It doesn't happen at Target. It doesn't happen at any of the big box retailers that every TCG company is racing to put product into. It happens here. Because what we're building isn't a transaction. It's a community. And our community shows up for us the same way we try to show up for them. This is the part of the business no spreadsheet can capture. And it's the part I'll never stop being grateful for.
