I was up until 3am tweaking our ecomm site last night.
Not because I had to.
Because I found something that could be better and I couldn't stop.
That's the thing about small CRO tweaks — the feedback loop is addictive.
Change one thing. Watch the numbers move. Change another.
What's different now vs a year ago:
Before → find a plugin that kind of does what you want, hope the settings get you there, compromise on the result.
Now → run a speed test, see the exact issue, tell Cursor + Claude to fix it.
The solution fits perfectly because it was built for YOUR site. Not someone else's.
Vibe coding didn't just save me time.
It made continuous improvement actually enjoyable.
Shop owners: what's the one thing on your site you've been meaning to fix but couldn't justify the dev cost?
