Custom software becomes an operating decision
We run a Pokémon card shop. We used AI to write the software that helps run it.
It's called PENNY.
It handles collection buying, inventory entry, pricing tools, customer records, order picking, and reporting. We built it around the decisions our team makes at the counter every day.
Our ambition: build the most technologically advanced Pokémon card shop on the planet.
That starts with very ordinary problems.
Too many clicks to enter a card. Inventory customers can't see. A price that looks wrong. An order waiting to be picked.
We describe the problem, use AI to build a solution, test it, and improve it in the shop.
AI has made custom software a practical option for parts of our business we once would have worked around.
For executives, that opens a useful question:
Which processes in your company exist because your software made them necessary?
