Big news from TCGplayer Direct: starting June 18, the Shipping Replacement Cost model is getting replaced with a simpler, more predictable per-card fee structure. I'm genuinely excited to see what this looks like for us. At Izzi's, "predictable" is the word that matters. SRC has always been a bit of a black box — you'd guess at what an order would actually net you, then find out at the end of the week. A clean per-card fee means we can price smarter, plan inventory smarter, and stop pretending we know what shipping a 4-card order to Florida is going to cost us. We're running every Direct order from the last 6 months through Claude to model what we would have paid under the new structure. Real data, real orders, real numbers. I'll share what we find.
