Quick update from the shop: I think I might be kind of a big deal. Phone rang today. Guy who owns TWO card stores in Illinois called Izzi's Gym to ask how the heck we got our store and events listed in the official MLP Card Game app. I told him the truth: you gotta know the right people. Then I hung up, looked at my dogs, and said "Penny and Sassi, we made it." They looked at me, and then went right back to sleep, unimpressed. Thank you Sergio Godinho and Jessica Shen for putting Izzi's Gym on the map (LITERALLY). The whole point of this store is being the place where collectors and players in the Midwest get treated like they matter. Showing up in an official app run by the people who make the game? That's the dream. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go try and be humble about this for the rest of the day.
