🌺 Okay I need to talk about this mural for a second. You know how most card shops have maybe a cool poster or two on the wall? Yeah… we don't do things like that here. I've loved Pokémon Southern Islands since the first time I laid eyes on it. There's something about that tropical, lush, peaceful aesthetic that just hits different from everything else in the Pokémon world. It's beautiful. It's nostalgic. It deserved a moment. So naturally, I did what any completely reasonable person would do — I commissioned a massive mural of it in Izzi's Arena. (Technically it's Nick's store and he graciously allows me to volunteer 80 hours a week, so I cleared it with him first. He said yes. Probably because I asked nicely. 😅) I genuinely believe you have not walked into another card shop anywhere and seen anything like this. And that makes me really, really happy — because this place should feel different. It should feel like something someone actually cared about building. Come see it in person.
