Kayou shipped a 24-card IDW anthology inside Fantasy Wonderland. Most people are gonna miss it. They'll see rainbow borders and rarity tiers. What they won't see: Six artists. Four cards each. Zero duplicates. — Andy Price drew MLP Issue #1 back in 2012. He's on GR01. — Tony Fleecs co-created Stray Dogs. He's on GR03. — Sara Richard has ~106 IDW MLP covers. Her Rarity is the prestige piece. — Brenda Hickey, Amy Mebberson, Samantha "Celesse" Whitten round out the six. This isn't a random artist draw. It's a curated line-up with a structure so clean somebody at Kayou (or Hasbro licensing) clearly designed it on purpose. When Friendships Begin hits U.S. retail, the rippers will chase the Shining Gold Rares. The collectors will be building an anthology. We'll have it at Izzi's Gym on launch day. Full breakdown of all 24 cards — who drew what, and why — in the comments. 👇
