I collect autographs. Not athletes. Not movie stars. Builders. People who took something most folks overlooked and turned it into something the whole country knows. Orville Redenbacher put his name on a bag of popcorn. J.C. Penney built a retail empire on a fair price and a handshake. Lee Iacocca gave us the Mustang, then pulled Chrysler back from the dead. Warren Buffett… is Warren Buffett. Today I added one more. Jeremy Padawer If you don't know the name, you know the work. He co-founded Wicked Cool Toys with a tiny team and no revenue, helped bring Squishmallows to the world (500M+ sold), and today he's President of Jazwares which was purchased by Warren Buffet. But here's the part that actually got me. Jeremy has a law degree and an MBA. So do I. He could've done anything "serious." He chose toys. He chose play. He chose the business of making people happy. That's the whole reason Izzi's exists. Every name on this wall reminds me of the same thing: the people who build something that lasts usually start by loving something nobody else took seriously. Honored to add you to the collection, Jeremy.
